It’s not a myth. It’s true. Exercise not only makes you happy because you drop a dress size, but it actually creates chemicals in your body that make you feel fabulously fantastic when you’re done!
Instead of spending that hour mindlessly scrolling through the repetitive streams of social media on your phone, why not stick your earphones in, play some kick-ass music and work out for an hour? You’ll feel nothing but super afterward and have a great sense of accomplishment!

And if you don’t want to be spending a monthly fee on the gym, then most colleges will have their own gym facilities that would be free of charge and will obviously be of easy access to you every time you’re in college.
So no excuses now!
