How many weeks have you been planning to start a ‘diet on Monday’? I know for me, this went on for a few years, until I finally realised that I didn’t need to go on a diet at all. All I needed to do was make a few minor changes to my daily routine, and it made all the difference.
This blog is aimed at students who would like to get the most out of their college education, and even better, their entire life after.
It doesn’t take too much. A few changes to the things you put in your mouth and maybe an extra physical activity in your daily routine, and you’ll be surprised with the change it makes to your overall cheeriness.
I, as a student myself, cannot believe the change that being that little bit healthier and fitter has had to nearly every aspect of my life. I am more motivated than ever, remarkably more organised and for the most part, carefree and content. And I’m hoping that you will join me in this journey, and you too will feel the euphoria (or at least, a slight shift in your happiness) that comes with a clean diet, a good gym session and a well balanced life.
