Eat Less Sugar – You’re Sweet Enough Already

Whether you’re looking to lose weight, become slightly healthier, or just feel good about yourself, the best and easiest way to do this is to simply cut the crappy foods out of your diet.

Stop with the chocolate bars. Stop with the Dominos or the McDonalds. Stop buying the shitty foods in grocery stores that you know you shouldn’t buy them. You’re not going to be able to eat it at home if it’s not there. So do yourself a favour, and stop buying them.

Instead of buying the chocolate covered muesli bars, or the sugar covered dried fruit, and convincing yourself they are healthy, eat an actual piece of fruit or make yourself a bow of muesli. Fuel your body with a big healthy breakfast each morning – it will keep you satisfied and stop all your sugary cravings throughout the day.

The easiest way to stick to your healthy habits is to not have anything to tempt you around the house. So if you can, only buy the foods that you know are good for you. Eat plenty of fruit and veg (the greener, the better), and as little manufactured carbohydrates as you can (potatoes and rice > pasta and bread).

Start with these small changes, and it won’t be so hard to keep them up everyday.
